Regardless of the actual reasons behind these changes, the fact that we need to accept is that those changes are happening and we need to keep up with the trends.

Mental health has undeniably found a way to step out of the shadows and prove its importance and employers are also increasingly becoming aware of the necessity of taking it into consideration.

This is why various mental health policies are being developed, as well as employee well-being programs, apps, trainings and similar things. So, if you are a recruiter, this is certainly one of the things that you should be aware of, because mental health is undeniably important and it is a good thing that it has stolen the spotlight for a while.
