Day 1

Monday morning and it’s time to start showing houses. I have this one client right now who is so inquisitive about different options for how they can renovate the home they want to put an offer on. Even I can admit that the bathroom needs a little work. The tiles are super outdated, and the shower leaves little to be desired. I recommended an option for a bathroom remodel in St. Petersburg, FL, for them to check out. I’ve worked with CMK Construction before, and they have years of experience under their belt. I told my client they could count on these contractors for a shower remodel, a tub installation, or just updates for the fixtures. After all, everyone deserves a luxury bath for their new home, right? I explained this to my client over dinner, and they were excited to finally put in an offer.

Day 2

It’s a busy time down here in St. Petersburg. I’ve been super stressed out lately with all my clients and the crazy yo-yo of the housing market right now. I haven’t been able to sleep very well, and my friend recommended I try some CBD oil to try to fall asleep better. Because I’ve never tried anything like it before, I was a little nervous about how it all was going to go. But I read up on the products at Bloom and Oil to get more information about their natural ingredients and how CBD products really work. I just ordered some of the best products they recommended to see how that will feel for me. Because there’s no THC in the CBD products, I’m not worried about getting high. I’m excited for the order to come in to see how CBD can affect and benefit my daily life and sleep. But I’ll definitely visit my doctor first before I try it to see if they think it’s a good option for me.

Day 3

I took the day off from showing houses today to take my niece to the zoo. Her mom had an important meeting that she had to get to, so I was happy to do a little babysitting. We got to see her favorite animals and enjoy some ice cream at the end of the afternoon. I feel so grateful for my job flexibility that allows me to take a day off in the middle of the week to enjoy some family time.

Total: $45

Day 4

Back at the grindstone. I was on a lot of client calls today, putting together some contracts and such. I decided to go to the local coffee shop and work from there through lunch. It was a great time to get away and enjoy a little ambiance during a busy workday!

Total: $12

Day 5

Friday fun tonight! After work, I took my best friend out for dinner and drinks to celebrate a big promotion she just got at work. She’s been working her butt off for this interview, and I’m so proud of how far she’s come! We went to our favorite dinner spot downtown and enjoyed a rooftop bar afterward.

Total: $62

Day 6

Took myself on a little date to the farmers market this morning to get some stuff that I needed. Then, I had a few homes to show. My workweeks tend to be a bit lopsided when I end up working when everyone else is off, but I don’t mind! Still got to come home and relax tonight with popcorn and a movie.

Total: $24

Day 7

Went on a little beach outing with some of the girls from my workout class. We had fun just chilling for a few hours in the afternoon and soaking up the sunshine. What a great way to end the week. We had lunch out on the beach, and I got to come home and clean my house a bit afterward for a beautiful, calming day.
