It is important to take care of your health during exams because you don’t want to waste your time being ill. Drink water, keep yourself hydrated. Eat-in right time. Sleep properly. Don’t stay awake late at night. Take small breaks, for example, if you are studying for 1 hour straight, take a break for at least 30 minutes before you begin again.
