1. Get Enough Sleep
Sleep is essential for clear brain function, motor skills, and well-thought-out decision-making. Resting allows both your brain and body to restore functions to 100%. Craft a schedule that prioritizes you getting to bed on time.

2. Give Yourself a Break

5. Move Your Body
In most cases, starting a new business will require that you spend a significant amount of time sitting in front of your computer, a journal, or other documents. The stationary posture will lead to discomfort. Take time during your work to get up and move around. Dance, stretch, or take a walk.
