Ingredients needed to make beef burritos

Making burritos with high-quality ingredients is a must in order to maximize and enhance your meal’s flavor. Through Kimbino’s online leaflets you can browse discounted products from trusted brands including Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Tesco, and Asda, to name a few. You don’t have to purchase costly ingredients to make a delicious meal, instead, check stores that are offering discounts on their grocery items. In addition to that, make sure that you keep your ingredients stored since they can destroy the flavor of the meal if not handled properly.

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 500g beef
  • 1½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp paprika
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • Flour tortillas
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 x 210g beans
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 75ml beef stock
  • 4 tablespoon chopped coriander

Step by step directions

Step one. Start by heating the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Remember to purchase high-quality ingredients to make this meal a lot more delicious than it already is. When the oil is nice and hot, add the garlic and onion and continue to mix until brown. After that, increase the heat and toss the beef in the same saucepan as the onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes until the meat turns from red to brown.

Step two. In your saucepan, toss in the paprika, chili powder, tomato sauce, as well as cumin. Continue to mix all of these ingredients together and cook for another extra minute. Simmer for 20 minutes at low heat when adding the tomatoes, beef stock, and beans.

Step three. Preheat the grill to prepare the tortillas following the instructions on the package. Place the mixture you have prepared in the middle of each tortilla and season with salt, pepper, and chopped coriander on top. Add the cheese or any other favorite topping to your filling and secure it by folding the ends of the tortilla and rolling it up. After it is nicely tucked, grill the burrito for another 2 minutes in order for the cheese to melt. Enjoy!
