Alcohol content: 15%. Volume: 75 cl.
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in small boxes of about 10-12 kg.In the wine bodega, the grapes are again selected and leached in a cold atmosphere for 16 hours. After initial sedimentation, the Exklusivaviner ferments and is stored with its yeast particles for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol content: 13.5% Volume: 75 cl.
Hand-picked grapes in 14-kilo boxes and the native variety Manto Negro – grown exclusively on our property – add a warm and fruity character. The international varieties add body and freshness, which improves the complexity, development, and future of this typical Mediterranean wine. Fermentation and maturation take place partly in open barrels, followed by 12-14 months in French oak barrels to complete aging until the desired levels of complexity, elegance, and smoothness have been achieved. The wine is easily filtered before bottling, which gives brightness and clarity. No use of dairy products or animal by-products (suitable for vegans).
Cherry red with a hint of purple, deep color, pure and light. The aromatic presence of red berries hints at a roasted tone from the wood that gives complexity and elegance.
