Apply 2 or so teaspoons of brown sugar evenly to the top of it. Carefully, start pouring milk. Next, add yogurt. Drizzle some honey on top! Apply it as you wish. Finally, add more milk to the dish. Ingredients: chicken breasts: 200 g, cooking cream: 200 ml, potato: 200 g, onion: 100 g, wheat flour: 1 tbsp, salt: 1 tbsp, black pepper: 1 pinch, oil: 2 tbsp, frozen vegetables mix: 200 g. Peel and chop onions and potatoes, chop chicken breasts as well. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, wait until it boils. Add potatoes, cook for 10 minutes after the water starts boiling. Add chicken. Warm up the pan with butter on it. Put onion, stir, fry for about 5-7 minutes, until it becomes golden. Add frozen vegetables mix, cook for 5-7 min. Add vegetables to the soup. Add salt, pepper, cook for 5 min. Mix cream and flour in a bowl, then add it all to the soup, stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes after it starts boiling. Your soup is ready!

3. Vegetable Omelet

Eggs are perfect for any breakfast, but most kids don’t like boiled eggs. There is a great solution for this situation! Just cook a healthy egg breakfast recipe – omelet with vegetables. Just whisk eggs with milk and add any vegetables your child likes. These may be potatoes, bell pepper, carrots, peas – you know your child better. Add a pinch of salt and fry the vegetables a bit. Then pour eggs mixed with milk on the frying pan and fry this mix until the omelet is ready! Scrambled eggs: break eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper and sour cream, stir with a fork until smooth. Heat the frying pan with the butter, pour out the egg mass and cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat while the eggs are still tender. It is important not to overdo the scrambled eggs in the pan, otherwise they will become dry and tasteless. Avocado puree: cut the avocado in half, peel and seed. Cut the pulp into pieces, put it in the bowl of the blender, pour in olive oil and lemon juice, salt, pepper and make the puree.
