Rugrats is an animated TV show that tells how a group of toddlers namely Chuckie, Tommy, Angelica, and Phil and Lil see the world. It premiered in 1991 and it ran for nine seasons. King of the Hill
You probably need to have parental supervision while watching this show, but its depiction of small-town life was very accurate that it is worth watching with your mom and dad. King of the Hill premiered in 1997 to 2006 having a total of 13 seasons. Time magazine included this show on their top 1000 greatest television shows of all time in 2007 and it was nominated for seven Emmy Awards and it won two.
Hey Arnold!
Hey Arnold! Is a cartoon series that aired from 1996 to 2004. It is about a fourth-grade boy who lives with his grandparents named Arnold. It tells his experiences as he goes through the big city life while dealing with school, friends, and a girl named Helga who bullies Arnold in order to hide her affection for him.
Pinky and the Brain
Pinky and the Brain was the first animated TV series that was presented in Dolby Surround. Pinky and Brain was first seen in 1993 as a recurring segment on the show Animaniacs and a spinoff was later made because of its popularity. Pinky and the Brain tells the story of Brain, a centered and scheming mouse, and a feebleminded and kind mouse named Pinky. In each episode, they devise a new plan to take control of the world but they fail every time because of Pinky’s stupidity.
Recess
Recess is an animated TV series that was aired in 1997 and produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. Recess tells the story of six elementary school students namely T.J, Vince, Spinelli, Gretchen, Mikey, and Gus as they interact with their classmates and schoolmates while going through their own society, complete with class structure and government on their school’s playground while they were on recess.
Rocko’s Modern Life
This animated sitcom aired in Nickelodeon in 1993 and had a total of 4 seasons. It is about the life of an anthropomorphic Australian immigrant wallaby called Rocko and his friends Filburt, Heffer, and Spunky. Rocko’s Modern Life was always controversial because of its adult humor such as innuendo, double entendre, and satirical comedy. But nevertheless, it is still one of the great cartoons of the ‘90s.
Animaniacs
Animaniacs was an animated TV series that first aired on the Fox Network in 1993 to 1995 as a part of Fox Kids block. This animated series was a variety show that has shorts skits featuring a large cast of characters. Animaniacs had no set format and almost all of its episodes were composed of mini-episodes that stars different characters and bridging segments.

The Magic School Bus is an educational kids show that features different franchise of TV series and book series. Each of the stories in the franchise is told by a fictional elementary school teacher named Ms. Fizzle who takes her class aboard a magic school bus as they go on field trips to unusual locations such as cloudsand the solar system.
