The first major role he secured in the entertainment industry was Frederick Crane in the American sitcom Frasier from 1996 to 2003. He played the role of Frasier and Lilith Sternin’s son role. The most recent project in which Einhorn has worked is the ABC remake of the movie Dirty Dancing. Einhorn is reprising the role of Neil Kellerman in this movie.

In 2017, Trevor Einhorn got engaged to his girlfriend Alyx Andrushuk, a dancer, choreographer, and actress. She appeared in several shows, including Ryan Hansen Solves Crimes on Television and The Magicians. The couple shares a strong bond, and anyone can tell that Einhorn is head over heels for his girlfriend-turned-fiancée through his Instagram posts which he specifically dedicates to her soon-to-be wife.
