EMF Radiation Mitigation Tips from DHS Secretary Bobby Kennedy Jr.

It’s hard to know which sources to trust with so much information online and in print about electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and their effects on the human body. Before taking his oath of office and becoming the U.S. Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, Bobby Kennedy Jr. appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast to discuss the potential dangers of EMFs and methods of mitigating potential health hazards.

Ways DHS Secretary Kennedy Protects Himself from EMFs

DHS Secretary Kennedy discussed some techniques he personally uses, such as placing his cell phone far from his bed while sleeping and avoiding holding the phone to his ear by using headphones or speakerphone mode. These tips use methods one and two of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) three-pronged method of protecting oneself from EMF radiation—time and distance.

Methods of Shielding Humans from Radiation

The third method, shielding, traditionally involves water, lead, or concrete barriers. Those methods won’t work for us to viably use electronic devices as ubiquitous as cell phones or baby monitors. The latest method of shielding converts the EMF from its non-coherent form into a coherent form that neither affects the operation of the electronic device in use nor adversely affects the biological object (human or animal, typically) coming into contact with it, according to a scientific white paper from Aires Tech. The technology company developed a wearable form of EMF mitigation that converts radiation from its harmful form to a harmless one.

Protecting yourself and your family from potentially harmful EMF radiation doesn’t mean burying your cell phone in concrete. Adhering a small device called a coherent converter to a cell phone or baby monitor converts the EMF radiation from a non-coherent (potentially dangerous) form to a coherent one that’s in tune with the body’s own natural electromagnetic state, hence the product’s name, Life Tune. These devices work alone, but if you already own a Faraday bag or other mitigation device, you can use them in tandem.

Investigating the Effects of EMF on Humans and Animals

According to the World Health Organization, in 1996, it established The International EMF Project “to assess the scientific evidence of possible health effects of EMF in the frequency range from 0 to 300 GHz.” Since then, WHO has encouraged research to establish and hone international standards of safe EMF exposure. The project has drawn participation from 55 countries and organizations and receives funding from WHO member states. As science improves its knowledge of EMF effects on humans and animals, each person can improve their methods of protecting themselves from the adverse effects of EMF use.
