Napping during daytime can interrupt your sleep at night. If you have to take a nap, make sure it does not exceed 30 minutes. Also, avoid taking the nap late in the day. However, if your work is during the night, a nap late in the day might work well for you.

Stress is a major cause of the sleeping problem for many people. Having too many worries in your head will ruin the quality of sleep at night.
