One of those particular types of spas in the beer spa, wherein a person can sit on a bathtub filled with cold or warm beer. From that description alone, a beer spa may already look or sound weird, but it actually has a lot of health benefits, and some might say that it has more benefits than most spa types. The ingredients used for beer spa have amazing health benefits on their own. The first ingredient, brewer’s yeast, has been used as medicine for various illnesses for centuries, as it provides the human body with Vitamin B, proteins, and saccharides, which are all contributing elements to the regeneration of skin cells. Can You Make Your Own Beer Spa?

Surprisingly, you can make your own beer spa at home. What you would need to have your personal beer spa are hop extract powder, yeast extract powder, barley seed extract powder, and cinnamon aroma. First, you would have to fill the bathtub with warm water, and after that, you would put all the ingredients in the water and mix them well.

If you don’t have the powders mentioned above, then you can just get a few cans or bottles of beer and add it with the warm water on your bathtub. If you want it to smell better, you can also add a little bit of cinnamon powder, which is also helpful for relaxation.

However, even if you can make your own beer spa, the beer spas found in popular spa spots are a lot better since they use quality ingredients and well-maintained equipment. A person visiting a beer spa must know that everything that is good is in moderation, so it is recommended to only visit a beer spa at least once or twice a month since you don’t want your body to experience alcohol intoxication.
