All the wines in the Silver Oak portfolio are made from grapes grown exclusively in America’s premier wine-producing regions. The Alexander Valley has a temperate climate with a grape-growing season that is longer than most other U.S. wine regions, making it an ideal place for growing grapes that have concentrated flavors and fine textures. This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Alexander Valley drinks well at any age and pairs well with beef, lamb, venison, or duck dishes, as well as pasta carbonara or a spicy Indian curry dish.

What Wine Suits Your Palate?

Wine can be a complicated topic to understand. It is not always easy to figure out which wine suits your taste.  Properly handled a great wine can be enjoyed several days after being opened.

A good Cabernet Sauvignon needs to have a heavy tannin content and it should be made from grapes that are rich in tannins. The Black Book Cabernet Sauvignon is perfect for foodies because it pairs well with anything! Some of my favorites are pasta dishes or spicy curry. The flavor of the wine never gets too overpowering so you can enjoy your wine all evening long!

Los Vascos Le Dix wine will suit your taste buds and it’s delicious. The grapes offer the perfect balance between the subtle and the bold. The Los Vascos Le Dix wine is the result of over twenty years of work. It is made by a family with decades of experience in wine production. This complex yet light blend is ideal for any occasion, making it the perfect choice when you’re looking for an alternative to Rose.
