If you are planning a trip to Universal Studios, there are some things you have to try when you are there. Check out these things to do at Universal Studios.

Are you planning a trip to Universal Studios soon?

There are so many fun things to do and see while you are visiting the parks you won’t want to miss anything. From thrill rides to family-friendly rides, shows, and great food, there is something for everyone.

Check out these fun things to do at Universal Studios.

1. Ride the Roller Coasters

If you are a thrill seeker you can’t miss the opportunity to ride the Incredible Hulk roller coaster at Islands of Adventure.

This recently remodeled ride is famous for launching its riders out from a near standstill to roughly 40 miles per hour as you experience the theme of going from being Dr. Bruce Banner to becoming The Hulk. After launch, you immediately go into a corkscrew then plummet into a dive which you will feel nearly four times the force of gravity.

Needless to say, its a thrill right from the start.

The Hollywood Rip Ride RockIt at Universal Studios has almost a straight climb up before sending you screaming while listening to the music track of your choice. This coaster never goes upside down, though it looks like it will, so there are no shoulder harnesses securing you in. This gives it an extra thrill since you will feel a sense of freedom while racing along the track.

The Revenge of the Mummy indoor roller coaster is somewhat of a hidden gem. It’s tucked away in a corner of the park that seems unassuming so you might walk right past the entrance when touring Universal without realizing the thrills located inside. This roller coaster travels at high speeds in the dark with special effects along the way and is sure to leave you wanting to ride again.

2. Family-Friendly Rides

Aside from the many thrill rides Universal has to offer, there are also plenty of rides that you and the family can enjoy together.

The new Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon ride is a great one to spend some time in. Have fun cooling off while looking at the NBC Tonight Show memorabilia, listening to the Ragtime Gals barbershop quartet or play some of the games before your color is announced to get on the ride.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong and Fast & Furious Supercharged are two newer rides that are similar in style and immerse you into the storyline. It’s great for those who want some thrills but aren’t able to ride the roller coasters.

For the younger visitors that are in your party, there is Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, Woody Woodpecker’s Nuthouse Coaster, and The Cat in the Hat ride to name a few.

3. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

A trip to Universal wouldn’t be complete without spending time exploring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. For anyone who loves Harry Potter, this is a real treat. To achieve the most authentic experience, enter Diagon Alley through the Universal Studios park side.

Upon entering you will want to take your time seeing every nook and cranny because you don’t want to miss hidden gems like Knockturn Alley or opportunities to use your interactive wand. There is also the thrill ride Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts that you won’t want to miss.
