Don’t be put off by a couple of complaints here and there as this is probably not a true reflection of the service the removal company provides. Rather pay attention to how the company responded to the complaint and whether they were able to resolve the problem.
4. Ask Around
Word of mouth is still the best way to find a good moving company. Ask friends, family members and work colleagues if they know of a reliable moving company. Make sure that they actually used the company they are recommending and that they had a good experience. Don’t go for recommendations where the removal company is owned by a friend of a friend or a family member. This is not a guarantee that the movers will be able to provide you with the quality service that you deserve.
